GENERAL DESCRIPTION

General Description:

"We specialize as an outsource to assess and/or develop accident prevention programs and assist you online in tracking and maintaining your programs with professional source capability"

We utilize a new and unique approach in serving our clients.  We have developed a standard safety or accident prevention program that includes the elements necessary to assist you, the employer in your efforts to control losses. The program is specifically tailored to Federal and Texas regulatory requirements. However, it contains sound principals and will work anywhere with pertinent adjustments.  Our concept is called OSHELP.

OSHELP establishes a standard program plan that contains the essential elements of any good program. This allows you to easily control and update the program and meet time requirements of reporting and other tasks.

We start by evaluating your company needs and exposures.  We plug you into our standard system, making custom adjustments where needed. After you approve the program, we place it into the online system (either on your Intranet or through our secure Internet website) where your approved personnel can gain access with a password. The password is necessary to protect the online archiving of records and forms associated with maintaining necessary or required records.

 EXPLANATION of NAME

Explanation of Our Name:

Our Trade Mark or Program Theme is: "HAC
-OSHELP", which describes the service provided. All employer Accident or Loss Prevention efforts can be generally categorized as "Occupational Safety" or "Occupational Safety and Health". Environmental issues as defined by EPA addresses what hazardous chemicals go into the air or water sources. Equally important is the environment in which workers are asked to perform their duties. That exposure is also known as an "Environment". Thus the acronym origin:

Occupational Safety, Health, Environment, and Loss Prevention. = OSHELP
-OR-
Occupational Safety + HELP = OSHELP

Our services are directed toward assisting the employer in their accident prevention efforts and are certainly a big HELP. So, when an employer needs HELP with their Occupational Safety, Health, Environment and Loss Prevention Program......

Comments of Owner:

The owner has served in various disciplines and facets of the field of safety and health for more than 30 years and aware of the employer responsibilities, both from the regulatory and loss control, standpoint.

We have assembled a modern approach to assisting today's small to medium employer by utilizing the latest communication technology. This program has built in methods and assurances to help responsible employer's in their efforts to comply with OSHA and State Workers Compensation Programs as well as reduce associated losses.

We are operating out of the Dallas/FT Worth Metroplex in the North Texas Area, but service most of Texas and surrounding states with our reviews and program development. However, we are implementing online services that can be utilized from anyplace with an internet access.

We host and support this webpage on the www. We feel It is a good source for anyone involved in one of the various Loss Prevention or Risk Management disciplines. There are hundreds of links to numerous resources. It is user friendly and easy to navigate. For now it is limited to a fairly simple text and frames format to expedite loading.   We plan to offer a more complex version at a later date for the fast machines with lots of memory.

In addition, the HAC-OSHELP Program operates through a Home Page with numerous links to many sources and also serves as an interface between the client and HAC and utilizing both internets and intranets. These connections are designed to be secure and confidential. The client (employer) must enter access codes to open their program. Special access is required for confidential information input and review.
